Bruce entered the Appraisal business as a Real Estate Appraiser Trainee in 1992 and became a Certified Appraiser in 1994. He established himself with Bank of America as a Staff Real Estate Appraiser. While there, Bruce was consistently rated as one of their top producers, year after year. This was due in part to his exceptional customer service skills, high productivity, superior work quality, and quick turn around time.

After nearly five years as one of Bank of America’s highest producing appraisers, Bruce decided to start his own Real Estate Appraisal company. In late 1999, he opened up his new venture, Elite Appraisal Group. Since then, his company has grown from a sole proprietor to a full service real estate appraisal company, servicing all of Sacramento county and portions or Placer, El Dorado, Yolo, Sutter, Amador, San Joaquin, and Yuba counties.

Bruce has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University, Sacramento, with a concentration in Finance. Prior to his appraisal career, Bruce held various management positions with major corporations, such as Reliance Insurance and MCI, and was also a Financial Analyst with Allstate Insurance. He lives in Granite Bay, California, with his wife and three children.
